Tsuetate Kanko Hotel Hizenya in Aso/Kurokawa Onsen stands as one of Kyushu's most prestigious establishments with an incredible 300-year history, currently operated by the sixteenth-generation owner. The historic ryokan boasts an impressive eleven spring sources feeding forty-one types of large public hot spring baths, offering guests a variety of therapeutic soaking experiences with stunning views of the surrounding natural landscape.
