Shousuke no Yado Takinoyu in Aizu Higashiyama Onsen is a historic ryokan with over 130 years of history, offering rooms that all face the river and six different types of private-use hot spring baths with views of the townscape below. One hour 20 minutes by JR Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Koriyama Station, then one hour 10 minutes by JR Banetsu West Line to Aizuwakamatsu Station and 15-min shuttle bus ride from there (Advance booking required)
